| Clear and
bright. Yellow, straw colour. Youthful appearance. Lovely tight nose. Chalk, lemon/grapefruit, oyster shell characters, toast, butter and almonds. Complex but restrained nose. Palate is very restrained . Chalk and almond characters carry to the palate. Tight and youthful. Excellent acidity providing length and structure to some powerful mid-palate fruit weight. Oak also providing back palate structure. One that will repay cellar time - youthful now but will cellar for 10 years. |

| Youthful pale straw colour and a clear bright appearance. Very tight, restrained nose. The varietal Sauvignon Blanc characters are in a more European style. Plenty of chalk and gunflint as well as lemon, hay and fresh grass. The palate is subtle, refreshing and not overly acidic. Like its' European counterparts, this wine is all about fresh seafood. | |

| Light straw colour with green tinge, clear and bright. Youthful, restrained nose with delightful lemon/limeblossom and chalky aromas. Also some Euro lanoline characters add interest. The palate is quite full and firm, though showing youthful restraint. Minerally, chalky characters with hints of lemon zest. A persistent finish. Will develop beautifully with some bottle age. | |

| A clear, bright amber salmon colour. A restrained savoury nose with rose petal, vanilla and red currant characters. Not at all confectionery. Much more European in style than most Australian Rose. Palate is deceptively big and full with a rich mouth feel. The wine finishes bone dry. Perfect for a hot day, chilled and alongside some barbequed tuna steaks. |  |

Stalks there as well. leather and boot polish characters. Palate is concentrated. Quite powerful. A muscular and powerful Bannockburn. Plenty of mid-palate richness and weight. Wine finishes with plenty of tannin support. Stalk involvement keeps palate tight and controlled - retains a degree of finesse. Well structured Pinot. Will repay cellar time. | |

| Clear appearance. Very dark red/purple colour. Very dark red, youthful hue. Very alluring, marvellous nose. Slightly reduced nose. Dark, brooding beastie. Meaty - quite Rhone like combined with dark fruits. Not all savoury. Pepper, spice, meaty combining with liquorice and molasses. Nose carries to the palate. Very intense and concentrated. Dark fruits mingle with savoury characters. Rich middle palate. Black pepper, spice, mixing with some liquorice and aniseed. Lovely balance. A very good Bannockburn Shiraz. Big, generous wine that is still restrained and composed. Quite plump in the mid palate with just enough structure to give line and length and prevent it from going over the top. | |
